Cancellation Fees
Written cancellation received by 30 June 2025: 50% reimbursement will be granted
Written cancellation received from 1 July 2025: no reimbursement
TAX APPLIED: 22% VAT
VAT is mandatory. The VAT exemption can be requested only for ITALIAN PARTICIPANTS whose registration is paid DIRECTLY by their PUBLIC ENTITY (ie. Universities) for everyone else it is a due amount.
